David Carr, an East Texas native and financial advisor, graduated from LeTourneau University in 1984.  With nearly 25 years experience in the financial services industry, David joined Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. out of Woodbury, Minnesota in 2003.  The addition of several key associates from past affiliations helped to form Premiere Consulting Group (PCG) in 2004.   In an effort to better serve their clients, Premiere Consulting Group affiliated with the Feliciano Financial Group (FFG) in 2009.  This affiliation, with a perennial top ranking firm with Woodbury, provided  PCG access to such valuable resources and client support systems  that in April of 2010 David met with Jose Feliciano and it was mutually
decided to take the arrangement to the next level.  A complete buyout/merger was agreed upon and at this time David heads up the Longview branch of Feliciano Financial Group.

David values personal relationships and ‘giving back’ is a priority in his life.  His community involvement includes two terms as President of the White Oak Chamber of Commerce, President of White Oak Boys Baseball, President of the Lil Necks Football Club, Trustee on the White Oak ISD School Board, as well as serving in many ways with the New Beginnings Baptist Church located in Longview, Texas. David and his wife Kelly have been married 27 years and Kelly teaches third grade at Gladewater ISD.  They reside in White Oak and are the proud parents of four sons:  Chris, Colby, Caleb, and Cass.
